Chwarae Teg has developed and delivered a vast array of projects since its foundation in 1992, exploring and enhancing best practise in the fields of women's enterprise, equality and diversity, SET, childcare initiatives, work-life balance and flexible working. We work with a wide range of organisations, including the Welsh Assembly Government.

Always ambitious and wide-reaching, our project work has shaped the culture of women's economic development in Wales, motivating thousands of people from all walks of life to reach their full potential. The passion and drive of our project staff has helped Chwarae Teg achieve award-winning status, and we build on our strong history of results by developing new, exciting projects that engage with issues most relevant to our society today.
