Agile Nation to Inspire Leading Business Figures at Lead On 2008

Organisations at the leading edge of developments in leadership and management in Wales are once more pooling their expertise by coming together to stage the unique Lead On Conference 2008.
Chwarae Teg will be exhibiting at this year's conference, giving delegates the opportunity to find out more about our flagship European project, Agile Nation, a venture that aims to inspire new ways of working for businesses, educators and women across Wales.
Funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) through the Welsh Assembly Government, Agile Nation will work with employers and individual women to support productivity and progression in employment by utilising modern workforce practices, including flexible working and work life balance. The project also aims to promote gender equality, career advancement and to reduce the gender pay gap that still exists in the labour market.
